- •Fulfill your transaction obligations, including delivery commitments and payment terms.
- •Follow all payment instructions and use designated payment channels.
- •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Fees
Reelaay charges fees for its services. These may include:
- •Execution Fee: A percentage of the transaction value for structuring and managing the deal.
- •Financing Fee: Interest or fees associated with any capital provided for the transaction.
- •Delay Fees: Additional charges that may apply if payment is delayed beyond agreed terms.
All applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
Payments
All payments related to transactions on Reelaay must go through our designated channels:
- •Buyer payments must be made to the escrow or collection account specified by Reelaay.
- •Misrouted payments (sent directly to suppliers or other accounts) may cause significant delays.
- •Reelaay is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts.
Limitation of Liability
While we work to facilitate successful transactions, Reelaay is not responsible for:
- •Buyer default or failure to make payment as agreed.
- •Supplier non-performance, including failure to deliver goods or services.
- •Quality disputes between buyers and suppliers.
- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any outstanding transactions or obligations.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on our platform. Your continued use of Reelaay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
